 For us, integrity is about ethical leadership. It’s about being honest with ourselves and our clients. It’s being trustworthy and empowering our clients to trust each other, their partners, communities and constituencies. It’s also about producing the results for our clients to which we are committed – and as far above their expectations as we can! We work with clients to create cultures of trust within their organizations. 

At J&J, we are the most excited when we get to work with clients who are up to something meaningful (or big) for them. It can be something where they’re in the forefront, striving for innovation, getting outside their comfort zone to create something new, or enhancing their culture to embrace resourcefulness. We work with clients to support their leading edge. 

For us, this value underpins much of our work. We are dedicated to empowering our team members and our clients. We believe in delegation, vesting our team with accountability and authority, and training both team members and clients to do their best work. We empower our clients to be their best and empower our team to produce world class results for our clients. 

At J&J, this goes hand in hand with integrity…and it goes beyond that. It means we do what we say we’ll do. And, if something happens and we’re not going to be able to meet our expectations, we are forthright about that, make it right, and make a new commitment. It also requires us to be vulnerable. We are willing to show up, be seen, and have hard conversations and we empower our clients to do the same. We make – and keep our commitments to our clients, usually exceeding everyone’s expectations! We work with clients to embrace vulnerability as one of the most vital elements of leadership. 

 For us, we seek out work that is meaningful, empowering, positive, and daring. To us, that’s fun! With so much of our time spent at work, it had darn well better be fun! We work to bring fun to our work with our clients. While only occasionally does that mean party hats and bubbly adult beverages, it always means that – even when the work is challenging – we’re all excited that we get to do it together. We bring that positivity to our clients and imbue it in our work.
